A more insightful approach would be to adopt a more advanced grading framework that follows a weighted scale.

IMO, the greatest weight is on the first round and successive picks until round three.

Beyond that, four and below follow a rapidly decreasing rate, as they are much less likely to become a contributor and/or starter as they are much less likely (and much expected) to even make the roster.
