Getting a TE prior to the 5th was pretty much a given in this draft.
Oliver was definitely on the short list of guys that would be considered after the first two rounds.

I think this pick was HEAVILY influenced by DeFilippo and it will be beneficial to Foles and the playbook they intend to operate.

Oliver has a relationship with DeFilippo via SJS and the coaching staff there. Oliver says in that conference call with local media that the Jags have big expectations for the TE position in the new system. Says DeFilippo intends to move the tight ends around a lot.
