Funny you should say that. In my blah blah post above, I had considered adding TC into it but chose not to, laying all of the blame/credit at the feet of DC. Maybe we are all backing away from the conviction that TC is running the show?
Maybe TC is backing off and ceding complete control to DC?

Knowing TC as we do, is that even possible?

It's hard to know how it's playing out, but I still suspect DC is doing what he's always done to prepare for the draft, and as they near completion of their big board and plan picks and contingencies, TC gets more and more involved in the fine tuning process.   

And of course he has to sign off on every pick and transaction.
