There are four Defensive Tackles on the roster behind Dareus, Jones, Bryan and Ankou. One of those guys will likely show enough at 3 tech to back up Taven Bryan. 
When you've got Campbell, Allen, Ngakoue and Dareus all working along along the line rotationally, it's not like you need to ask the world of your back-up 3 tech.  Just get in there and get some push. 

Westbrook and Chark are our primary return specialists, and Cunningham has experience there too.  All are "legit." 
There's also the undrafted kid, Walker from Boston College who looks promising in that role if he can stick on the 53.

I picture Abry and Dareus in a rotation at NT. At 3-tech I can see Campbell coming in a lot more, but otherwise, it's basically Taven and then either Ankou our their 7th round pick. That's a concern for me. I'd rather see a guy like McCoy starting with Taven rotating in, but hopefully it works out.

None of those names exactly thrill me as return specialists.

Another concern is the number of rookies starting. Coughlin used to rarely start rookies, but now we might have Jawaan Taylor, Josh Oliver, Quincy Williams and perhaps a rookie FS. If Walker wins the return job, that's another starter on ST. Plus we have key rookie backups at QB and RB with Gardner and Armstead. Just saying the overall number of rookies being relied on is somewhat concerning. Hopefully, this is one of those epic great rookie classes.  

Dareus will rotate with Bryan at 3T. He'll play both NT and 3T. They already said that they want to get him more involved at rushing the passer this season.

The only way Wilson isn't starting at FS is due to an injury.

It doesn't really matter if the back up QB is a rookie or not. Whoever wins the back up job, if they're starting/playing in any games this season (unless we're up by 40) it means we're in big trouble regardless of who it is. Tom Moore said it best when asked why Peyton Manning's back ups never get any reps. "Fellas, if 18 goes down we're [BLEEP], and we don't practice [BLEEP]". Obviously Foles isn't anywhere close to Manning, but the quote still stands. It never ends up being good if your back up QB is playing.

RB is the easiest/quickest transitions as a rookie. They can either play, or they can't and it doesn't take long to see/figure that out. A rookie RB should be at the very bottom of the list of worries.
