You aren't following. Cole performed amazing in camp last year, Moncrief did well too , WRs are hyped up every year by every team in camp because its the easiest position to make plays at in these practices. It means very little. 

Just look back to the days when camp reports made Mike Brown seem like a pro bowl WR

I dont read Oehser

I follow every year.  Cole stood out much more the year prior.  He was an UDRFA and we knew about him before the sseason even started.  He was killing it and beating the starting secondary in practice.  Last year I remember the D getting the best of the offense almost every practice.  Actually the year before as well but Cole was standing out just like A Rob and Hurns were a few years before when they both got 1000 yards.
