Bortles comes off the books after this year.  Dareus likely is gone.  Maybe Campbell and Bouye.  Who knows with Telvin.

I haven't crunched the numbers, but I wonder if Telvin does not report, we can put him on the did not report list and recover the cap space, giving us just enough to sign Yannick this year.
