Hergreaves' health is his biggest hurdle, followed by being coachable and maturity. He reportedly has spent some time in Arians doghouse already  this offseason.

I never saw him as anywhere near the prospect Ramsey was though, and that's how it has played out thus far in their pro careers.

Yea.  I saw it in another thread, on the MB, about him and Arians.  Availability, is the most important ability a player can have, so one game is not even a sample size to go off of.  Ramsey has been head and shoulders above what i expected and i have zero complaints at this point.  Vernon, to me, hasnt shined at all in his pro career.  I hope VHIII turns it around.
