If you're on the clock, you can pick at that time, no need to wait until your slot. Instead of assigning all 96 time slots, we can assign 10 to 15 at a time (5-7 days) then assign the new draft slots based on where we end up.


I would suggest having 6 hour time slots, three per day. 6am-noon, noon-6, 6-midnight as the 12 hours would slow things down considerably if people pick ahead of time.
