Yes, there are lots of "well established" unconstitutional actions being propagated on the general public by those in power.

Just because some communists in the EEOC decided to claim that nationality=race doesn't make it true, anymore than repealing the law of gravity will allow you to fly. And in the case you presented, it was the application of nationality to hiring, so not exactly the same thing.



EEOC was created by the 1965 Civil Rights Act.  This Act puts discrimination based on race in the same category with discrimination based on national origin.  So no, they are not the same thing, but yes, the law treats them as the same and has for over 50 years.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
