It's their right to describe it that way. They're idiots, but there's no Constitutional restriction on being stupid.

So you're saying that they have the right to say what they want but no one else has the right to tell them to get bent? Sounds like a big old double standard, either everyone is free to say what they want or only those supported by a majority or the law will be.
