Tennessee lacks a decent starting QB and a consistent run game. Their defense is a little better, but they aren't dominating enough to overcome the shortfalls on the offensive side of the football. I am not a Josh Allen fan (Buffalo QB). He is not accurate, the Bills lack receiving threats, the O-Line is not good and they have old RB's. I would be shocked if they won over 5 games. 

I think Pittsburgh is gonna be much better than people think. Maybe not 14-2, but they have a pretty easy schedule. 

I have Cleveland beating Jacksonville based on the fact that they have a much better QB, WR's, a more dynamic runner in Chubb and a better O-Line. I would love for us to win, but we are not a complete team yet on offense. I'd be thrilled with just making the playoffs though. Sometimes you just need to take baby steps.

I haven't taken the time to look at the other teams' schedules yet. But I think our division is more likely to have 4 teams clustered around .500 than to have the spread you're suggesting.  10-6, 9-7, 8-8, 6-10 (colts).  The other three of us is pic 'em.  Jacoby's a better qb than you're suggesting.  I expect Jags to finish 1st or 2nd.

As for the Cleveland game, I don't think Baker's a clearly better qb than Foles.  I do like their WRs better, but our secondary is better.  RBs are a wash, though I love me some Chubb (Go Dawgs!).  If healthy, I like our O-line better.  And though they have a good defense, it ain't the Jags defense!  No, we win that game in Jacksonville.

How would you rank the QBs in the AFC South now that Luck has retired?

I would rank them:

1.  Foles-Won a Super Bowl MVP;  4-2 playoff record

2.  Watson-Capable of lighting up the scoreboard.  Needs better blocking and to get rid of the ball quicker

3.  Mariota-on the verge of being a bust, though I still don't think he's a bad QB

4.  Tannehill-could be above Mariota before the year is out

5.  Brissett
