Not singling you out because I have been thinking of posting this in a separate thread, but since you brought it up, here goes:

How would you rank the QBs in the AFC South now that Luck has retired?

I would rank them:

1.  Foles-Won a Super Bowl MVP;  4-2 playoff record

2.  Watson-Capable of lighting up the scoreboard.  Needs better blocking and to get rid of the ball quicker

3.  Mariota-on the verge of being a bust, though I still don't think he's a bad QB

4.  Tannehill-could be above Mariota before the year is out

5.  Brissett

I like what I've seen of Brissett.  He's got a good long ball and he has good instincts.  I like his resiliency and leadership.  And given a year on the sideline under Reich, I expect him to look much better than the up and down we saw when he was thrown into starting after the trade from NE.  Just on intangibles and athleticism, he's even with or slightly ahead of Mariota and Tannehill.  Mariota's not bad; he's just not good, either.  And Tannehill teases you with flashes of good play, but he's inconsistent and injury prone.  This is my ranking, and I admit I'm projecting growth in Brissett since the last time we saw him get playing time:

1.  Foles, on experience and talent.

2.  Watson, on talent.  I think his ceiling is higher, but he's not there yet.

3.  Brissett, by a nose.

4.  Mariota.

5.  Tannehill.

AFC South:

1.  Tinhorns.
2.  Jags.  (If the offense gels, we should win the division.)
3. Tacks.
4.  Colts.
