I just disagree with the insinuation that re-signing Henne is a sign that Caldwell will pass on a guy like Bridgewater OR Manziel with the third overall pick.  It's a bit presumptive, but I guess that's just the way DiRocco sees it.

 

If Caldwell comes out and says something along the lines or a variation of "we don't see a QB in this draft worthy of the #3 overall selection" then okay...that, to me at least, looks "more and more like the team will pass on a QB" with the third pick.

 

Signing Henne though?  Nah, man.  Henne's bad.  That doesn't mean anything.  Signing Henne will have no impact on whether the team takes a QB in round one.  None.
