I've been to every September Jags game from day one and yesterday felt as if it may have been the warmest yet. But I probably say that every year.

It's always going to look as if there are relatively few at the game - just more so in September. We're Florida - it seems as if everyone is from somewhere else. The were a number of people in concourses, the Bud Zone, Dailey's Place, and anywhere there was shade. I really thought my wife would make me leave at halftime, who could blame her, but she was a trooper and we made it to five minutes into the fourth quarter. At least I got home in time to see the US Open men's finals from the beginning.

I don't know how the players do it. Sure they're young and in shape, but they're wearing helmets. And some of them are 300 lbs. Amazing that I saw no one pass out - in the stands or on the field.
