Then as fans, we need to stop going to games or following the team. That's the only leverage we have to show them that things need to change. I'm tired of our team doing the same things over and over with a failing result. Coaching re-treads rarely work. We need a young, offensive minded head coach who can get the offense on par with the talent we have on defense and an aggressive DC who recognizes the talent we have on defense and uses that talent in the right schemes.
