I feel like if he plays, then theres not enough action going on and the offers are too lukewarm for the Jags to care if he gets injured or not. If he gets injured then the pendulum really swings back to the Jags picking up contract negotiations during the offseason after possibly clearing out the staff.
If he is inactivated, then we can expect a strong trade incoming

If we have decided that there is no way back, that we have to trade him, which I will say until my dying breath is THE dumbest move this team has made,then you cant play him. 

The players will be distracted, the fans are going to be distracted and split, BIG division rival in a must win game at home for any hope.
