Thanks, snowwolf. It was a hard fought win for the Lions that didn't look like it was coming much of the afternoon. Being able to make the key plays in crunch time on BOTH sides of the ball is something the Lions failed to do too often since after the 2016 playoff season.

Even with the LA Chargers injury situation being substantial, they still have plenty of talent available. WR Keenan Allen is an elite route runner., with impressive ball skills. Philip Rivers is still a high caliber QB. Their edge rushers on Defense, Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram,, are one of the best pairs in the NFL.

Getting a win over this Chargers team is definitely a much needed building block for the Lions. That much more with Philadelphia, Kansas City, Green Bay., and Minnesota next on the schedule.
