Greetings for Prime Tme NFL Game Night, Jaguars fans!   Wink  Our Jacksonville Jaguars have a chance to win their first regular season game in 2019 as they host the visiting Tennessee Titans in an important AFC South divisional matchup on Thursday Night Football,  in both teams 50th all-time meeting, including 1 postseason game.  Jaguars are making their first appearance in THNF in nearly three years.

Both the Jaguars and Titans lead off Week 3 of the NFL's  Regular Season schedule, and both teams also adjusted from their short practice week to accommodate the NFL Network's weekly Thursday Night Football coverage.

Jacksonville And Tennessee are playing their fourth all-time Thursday Night Football game between the teams, and fourth game played in prime time at EverBank/TIAA Bank Field. Jaguars won all three of the previous THNF games played back in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Two-time Pro Bowl Cornerback Jalen Ramsey will play, and left tackle Cam Robinson will also start after missing the first two games with his knee injury. Doug Marrone's fate to continue as the Jaguars Head Coach may depend if the Jaguars can finally win in front of their home fans in Jacksonville tonight.

Tonight is the 'Get Your Teal Out' game promotion as the Jaguars entering TIAA Bank Field wearTeal in the stands, while the players will wear their black helmets, Nike teal colored jerseys and white pants. Tennessee Titans players . wear their navy blue helmets, Nike white jerseys, and Titan light blue pants.

Rookie QB and 2019 sixth-round draft pick Gardner Minshew makes his second career start in five days for Jacksonville, and nearly lead the Jaguars to his first win in his first career start, but failed the two-point conversion attempt last Sunday at the Houston Texans.

Former Jaguars RB and legend, and both current NFL Network studio analysis, and Los Angeles Rams Radio Network game analyst Maurice Jones-Drew, is expected to lead the fans the first DUVAL shout prior to tonight's Thursday Night Football kickoff between the Jaguars and Titans.

Jacksonville seeks  to end their four-game regular season losing streak with Tennessee tonight, the Jaguars last winning 38-17  on December 24, 2016.  Jaguars also have only won 3 of their last 16 regular season games including 0-2 in 2019, after winning their first two games over the N.Y. Giants and New England Patriots in 2018. Titans swept both home and home regular season series over the Jaguars in 2017 and 2018.

Jacksonville is in their 9th prime time Thursday Night Football appearance, entering tonight with their 3-5 record since THNF began in the 2006 NFL Season.  Jaguars lost their first appearance in THNF to the Colts 31-24 back on December 8, 2008, but also lost in their recent THNF appearance, to these same Titans by the score of 36-22,  on October 27, 2016.

Jacksonville's first of three Thursday Night Football victories occurred when the Jaguars defeated the Houston Texans 27-20 back on December 5, 2013., the Tennessee Titans 21-13 on December 18, 2014, and the Titans again 19-13 on November 19, 2015, all three THNF games played at-then named EverBank Field.

Tennessee in their 10th prime time THNF appearance tonight, with their 4-5 record.  Titans lost to the San Diego Chargers by the score of 42-17  in their first THNF back on Christmas Night, 2009.  However, the Titans defeated the Redskins 25-16 back on December 15, 2018.

Tennessee though leads the all-time series with their 29-20-0 record, Titans also defeated the Jaguars 33-14 in the 1999 AFC Championship Game.  Titans unfortunately defeated our Jaguars 30-6  in both teams last regular season game played at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN, back on  December 6, 2018.

Joe Buck and Troy Aikman announce the live TV play-by-play and game analysis for Thursday Night Football, with NFL rules analyst Mike Pereira, and sideline reporters and interviewers Erin Andrews and Kristina Pink. Thursday Night Football will be simulcast locally in Jacksonville on WJXX ABC Channel 25, nationally throughout the USA on The NFL Network, and to our US military personnel around the world on the Armed Forces Television Network.

WJXX ABC Channel 25 begins their local comprehensive pregame coverage of tonight's Thursday Night Football game between the Jaguars and Titans, after ABC World News Tonight, with their Ready To Roar: Thursday Throwdown Show at 7:00 PM, followed by The NFL Network's Pregame Show at 7:30 PM, and the Jaguars Vs. Titans NFL Network Thursday Night Football game coverage at 8:00 PM, all programs at Eastern Standard Time.

Tonight's NFL Network feed of Thursday Night Football can also seen live on your personal devices and computer through your local cable subscriber.

Frank Frangie also announce the live radio game play-by-play, with former Jaguars players Jeff Lageman and Tony Boselli also providing live game analysis, simulcast on flagship stations WJXL 1010 AM and 92.5 FM, and WGNE 99.FM Gator Country in Middleburg, and the Jaguars Radio Network.

A mix of clear skies at 77 degrees, feels like 80 degrees, is the local gamecast at TIAA Bank Field in Downtown Jacksonville, near the St. Johns River, for the 8:20 PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 20% precipitation, 68% humidity, and northeast winds at 12 miles per hour.

Head Linesman Shawn Hochuli leads his NFL officiating crew to supervise the live game action on the TIAA Bank Field between the Jaguars and Titans.

NO injuries to both the Jaguars and Titans players, but let's hope our Jaguars end their four-game regular season losing streak over the Titans tonight, and win their first game over Tennessee in almost three years.

LET'S GO JAGUARS!!!   Wink   Smile   DUUUUUVALLLLLL!!!!!!!!!   Cool   Big Grin
