The damning thing for me, how few guys sign second contracts with us. Either by leaving or not being good enough, we haven't had enough of a solid core and depth of quality players so we can draft or FA a few specific positions to keep us competing.

People here act as if superstar caliber players grow on trees.

Exactly. Its heartbreaking. We had the O all set up with Hurns and Robinson and Bortles, all gone.

We've got the D set with Yannick, Jack, Telvin and Ramsey. Looks like well be down to 2 of them soon, maybe even less.

We have had the key young pieces to build a team around but they all end up leaving. 

And the cycle repeats. Sigh.
