Blake Bortles, QB UCF As far as I'm concerned he is the best QB in the draft. He makes all the throws, he has a prototype NFL frame and some sneaky athleticism. For all the hubub of flashy running QBs recently, what still wins in the NFL is a guy who drops back, reads the D, steps up, takes a hit and throws the ball and that's Blake Bortles in a nutshell.
