I live in Ohio. I'm not surprised. When my sister was in high school one of her friends was deaf, since having a bout of meningitis in kindergarten. Within a month of getting his driver's license, he was pulled over 3 times and ticketed for noise pollution. He had an expensive stereo in his truck and would crank it so loud, you could hear it inside your house when he was driving passed. He tried to tell the cops he liked feeling the vibrations from the speakers, but they weren't buying it. We have a lot of smart alecks in Ohio.
