Average Top 10 Left Tackles weigh 322 pounds. Monroe is 15 pounds underweight and he's our biggest lineman. That's my point.

Weight is not the problem for the guys at all. They're just not very good. We also run a zone blocking scheme where the players don't need to be huge there are other teams that are actually fairly successful and have guards and centers in the 290s and some in the 280s.
