It's six on one side, half a dozen on the other. Teams are still stacking the box because they're daring a sixth round rookie to beat them through the air. But at the same time the line isn't getting any kind of push at all. Against the tinhorns they needed two attempts to gain a single yard and even then they only got it because of a rather generous spot from the refs.

I'll just try to drive this home one more time because I feel like it's being ignored. LF has run out of 3WR sets this year fairly often and it hasn't helped. After week two the Jags offense had run 71% of it's snaps from a 3WR formation which was third most in the league IIRC. 

Hint: you can't stack the box against 3WRs unless you leave them all in single man coverage with no help over the top - and basically no DC will ever do that. They'll leave a safety back from the LOS at the very least.

Stacked boxes are being made too much of in this run game/Fournette discussion IMO.
