More than anything else, I've observed these past two weeks to be a generational gap issue. Boomers in particular seem to have the hardest time reconciling Jalen's importance to this franchise. They also have a hard time reconciling anyone with an alternative perspective - which is a stereotypical boomer trait in and of itself.  

Pay him.

Does that excuse him from popping off on his HEAD coach?
Does that excuse him from going on a rival team players podcast and saying he wouldn't mind playing for other teams? Which includes a rival team.
Does that excuse him from not wanting to be a leader and a captain?
Does that excuse him from joining Myles Jack in the KC scuffle?
Does that excuse him from creating a "he sucks" list?
Does that excuse him from popping off at the press?

Does none of that require the head of Football Operations to call him out? When TC does call out Ramsey for it, is it disrespectful and not recognizing his one year of All Pro status?

Ramseys football play has earned a top contract.
But his ability to lead this team hasnt.
