It could be; however I think history would show when college athletes buy these huge insurance policies it's a sign they'll declare, I believe J Clowney also purchased a $10M insurance policy earlier this year. It wouldn't make sense to pay the large premium on such a policy if you're not planning to go pro, just my opinion however.
