It depends upon which team offered them. 

If it's the Patriots or the Chiefs, who are likely to have very deep playoff runs, those picks are likely to be at the very bottom of the first round-essentially two second round picks.

Ramsey is worth more than two low first round picks/high 2nd round picks and you know that.
