Have you looked at the personnel listings of most NFL teams? If the owner has a son, he's on the list. It's called being in the family business. Do you live in a cave?

Check out politics. Practically everyone running, it seems, is the son or daughter of someone who previously held the position for years.

I hate to tell you this, but Shad Khan's not going to live forever. Who do think is being groomed to be the Jaguars owner when he dies or is taken to a home in Illinois somewhere?
