No, we do not know that Khan offered Ramsey top money.  Khan said he would like to make Ramsey the top paid corner in the league "as soon as possible," but that doesn't mean he actually made him an offer, or that Ramsey turned it down.  

Everyone seems to want to take a side in this thing, but maybe, both sides are wrong.  And maybe, both sides are right.  Who knows?  I just want everyone to come to an understanding and agreement, and we go forward with both Ramsey and TC.  That is the best scenario.

What Jalen Ramsey did during the playing year is never right. Business takes place in the offseason and behind closed doors.
