I know we're all divided on here as well on how this should all be treated. Make him play, tag him twice, force him to sit like LeVeon Bell, etc. Trade him away for a respectable amount of value. I fall in that camp. I would rather see them get something out of him. Especially now with Minshew looking to be "the guy". Get him some offensive firepower or tough lineman in front of him.

At the end of the day. His entitled approach and ego will reflect more negatively in the long run when people look back at his career. This team is having fun right now without him. They're winning games. Getting better on offense finally and he'll be remembered as the team's best player at that time deciding to dig his diva heels in the ground and not contribute to his teammates who have NOTHING to do with his situation here in Jacksonville.

At any rate. Here's to hoping Herndon improves.

If we trade him for draft picks, we are worse off this year and maybe better/maybe worse next year.  If we have a shot at the playoffs this year, we're better off keeping him if we can get him on the field.  I don't want to try to make the playoffs with Herndon playing CB.  That's taking our strongest position and turning it into our weakest position.   We are better off with Ramsey.  So I hope this injury is legitimate, and he recovers, and goes back on the field.  And from there, I hope he and TC make up and we can make Ramsey happy and he stays here.  I think that's what Shad Khan is trying to accomplish, and I wouldn't be surprised if they are talking contract right now.
