I couldn't agree more, Mr. Cabesa. The CBA governs everything players/agents/teams do and all parties agree to everything in there.

The Real Marty- yes, imagine getting to the playoffs, then watching Brady/Belichick attack Herndon relentlessly. At that point you just say thanks, Jalen.

I'm not saying players and agents don't know or agree to the contracts. 

Just that contracts aren't followed to the full extent of what their years say, for both parties.
