People forget how young the Jaguars are on offense, which leads to those issues. Nearly everyone out there is still on a rookie contract. Conley isn't but didn't get much playing before coming here. Linder and Norwell are only offensive vets and they have been inconsistent as well.

Plus, while Flip's forte has been utilizing formations with TE and RB, and the Jaguars have not had a decent TE stay healthy in like 10 years or something. It's becoming ridiculous.

It’s appalling how we’ve disregarded the TE position for so long. It’s like we refuse to make a concerted effort to add some dynamism to that position.
