This is a win-win for both sides. The Colts already have their franchise QB, a very good receiving corps, and now with Ahmad Bradshaw and Trent Richardson, they have a good backfield. This trade only works if you are a good team looking to get better, which to me, the Colts are. Now when opponents face the Colts, they have to worry about both their run and pass games. This opens things up for them.

 

Meanwhile, for the Browns...this is a chance to start over--again. The new regime can decide to draft players that fit their scheme. I still think that giving up a draft pick to move up and get Richardson, pay his huge bonus, and the trade him is suspect. But hey, it's the Browns.

 

Also, people say it's easy to find running backs in later rounds, yet teams are constantly looking for good running backs because they're actually hard to find. MJD was out most of the year. Why weren't the Jags able to find a "good" RB? I thought they were a dime a dozen? The Packers have bee looking for years and decided to spend their draft getting one.
