Interesting take as it relates to this thread on Jaguars All Access.  A question was asked to Myles Jack regarding his ejection from a game earlier this season.  His response was that Calais took him aside and talked with him afterwards about putting the team ahead of himself and how that set him straight.  That's what the "culture" has to be about.  Putting the team first rather than the individual.

People can blame coaches, the front office, etc. but the fact of the matter is that it's a team game.  Nobody is above the team.  Certain players just couldn't get that though their thick, childish "me" minds.  Their selfishness can't put the team before themselves.

That kind of thing (the exchange between Calais and Myles) is what the "culture" of the team is all about.
