No one on here is arguing for Teddy B. Most people are arguing that getting a franchise Elite QB will help lead the team to more wins than a DE prospect which is absolutely true. Seattle doesn't even have an elite pass rusher. They have an elite secondary (thats 4 players) and an elite LB crew.

I get how important an elite qb is. You named them, it's easier to get an elite defense than qb. How many qbs have been drafted in the age of Brady and Manning ? How many panned out ? 3? Out of how many ?


I don't even think the Seahawks were the best team this year, I think it was SF. Last year, the Ravens had Ngata, Suggs, Lewis , Reed and their OL gelled at the right time. The Giants the year before that , great dline.


Point is great drafting is something we need and selecting a qb every 5 years hoping he's Manning is a lot harder than just building a solid team
