Doug Marrone on QB decision: “I’ll deal with it when it happens.”

He lost to the Panthers and Saints. Two NFC powerhouse teams. And they barely lost those games. It was mostly the defense getting ran over in Carolina that cost them that football game. It's a team sport and effort. He was also playing through a knee and groin injury and he should improve as the year progresses if he's able to avoid big hits.

I don't think we pump the breaks on this kid at all. I think you continue to let him play out until he gives you a reason to bench him.

161 completions out of 260 attempts with a 61.9 completion percentage at 1,976 yards along with 13 TD's and 2 INT's and another 201 yards on the ground is solid production for any QB. He's technically 4 - 3 now as a starter. Losing to the tinhorns by a point on a 2 point conversion attempt, losing to a good Carolina team by a TD with a chance at the end to tie it for OT despite the defense choking majorly against CMC and also having virtually the same opportunity against the Saints in a one score game? You're foolish if you bench him for the sake of having Foles play.

Just dumb. As dumb as this team was during that New England play-off game where they benched Garrard for Leftwich in a [BLEEP] boot.
