Impressions From the Jets Game

At the time, I was surprised by the flag being picked up on the taunting. I've re-watched the video. Clapping by itself isn't taunting. Players clap all the time after big plays. The argument is that the Jets player was clapping too close to Fournette's face. It happens fast, but I think the problem is that Fournette walks closer to him. Fournette can't complain about the closeness of the clapping if he walked towards the clapping. I think that's why they picked up the flag.
