Regarding the part in bold, what was the alternative?

You want to "get rid of the front office" yet you admit that they have made some pretty good decisions.  Which is it?  This isn't an "instant gratification" sport.
Simple really and i already said it.  Draft a QB and i would've kept blake on the roster.  We'd have saved the 88 and gardner could've still been here to replace him after we let him go.  Plus we would have more money to sign the current talent, etc.  I really don't want to get to deep into since im enjoying this Minshew Mania rn.  Also, i know its not instant gratification and luckily some players have panned out to at least be decent.  Not top tier talent, but enough to make a splash once in a blue.   We would have a hell of a roster if we wouldn't fail so much in the 1st and 2nd rds, but i know there is some stat guys that'll say most teams only find 1 or 2 decent players every year or something like that.

I'm torn because.....

The very bad is not re-signing rising stars after finding them or having them fall to them via the draft and negating gaping holes when talent is there for the picking in early rounds.  It's like for every dumb decision they make, luck slaps them in the face and they pick a decent player later on or find a diamond in the rough somehow.

2023 and still counting.....SB will finally be ours soon enough.
