You want to "get rid of the front office" yet you admit that they have made some pretty good decisions.  Which is it?  This isn't an "instant gratification" sport.
Simple really and i already said it.  Draft a QB and i would've kept blake on the roster.  We'd have saved the 88 and gardner could've still been here to replace him after we let him go.  Plus we would have more money to sign the current talent, etc.  I really don't want to get to deep into since im enjoying this Minshew Mania rn.  Also, i know its not instant gratification and luckily some players have panned out to at least be decent.  Not top tier talent, but enough to make a splash once in a blue.   We would have a hell of a roster if we wouldn't fail so much in the 1st and 2nd rds, but i know there is some stat guys that'll say most teams only find 1 or 2 decent players every year or something like that.

I'm torn because.....

The very bad is not re-signing rising stars after finding them or having them fall to them via the draft and negating gaping holes when talent is there for the picking in early rounds.  It's like for every dumb decision they make, luck slaps them in the face and they pick a decent player later on or find a diamond in the rough somehow.

The problem is if you draft a QB to eventually take over as the starter it usually comes in the early rounds.  It's unlikely that they would have drafted Gardner as well.  I could be wrong but I don't think teams usually draft a starter and a backup in the same draft.

The other problem is the team (as well as many fans) felt that the poor season last year was at least partially because of Bortles, hence getting rid of him.  You don't keep a player at the most important position on the roster if he's holding the team back.  A clear known upgrade was needed, hence the signing of Foles.

When Foles got injured many (including myself) thought that we were doomed.  Go back and look at the threads prior to the start of the season.  Many didn't think that Minshew should have even been the backup.  Where are we now and who made those decisions?

Still want to fire the FO and the coaching staff?

There are 10 kinds of people in this world.  Those who understand binary and those who don't.
