What would it take to trade Minshew?

There's at least one person on here that would trade Minshew for Haskins straight up.


70% of the board would have made that trade in August. 


RE: the GM authority question -
If the GM proposed a trade, it would have to be approved by TC and ostensibly by ownership since Tony is very hands on with the f.o.
