JFS95 is also blinded by the fact that the entire team had quit on Blake, there was no way they were rolling with him another season. It just wasn't in the cards. At. All.

Well, the argument there is that we had already paid the guy, so why not make him at least be the backup?  Makes sense in theory, but sometimes you need to get the smell of failure out of the building.  Again, if we'd kept Blake to be the backup and drafted a QB high, there's no Minshew in Jax.
