The key is to trade him post 6/1 I guess. We still eat some dead cap but it is split between 2020 and 21, and the biggest savings.

Problem there is, most teams have their QB situations settled.


The best we can hope for is a restructure or retire on Foles part..... which would be... noble of him

As they said, I dont understand this thought process.  Even with Foles we still dont have a ton of money tied up in that position compared to a lot of other teams.  We dont  need to get rid of Foles at the end of the season and I dont think we do.  Feels great to have 2 really good players at the most important position. Foles is one of the best QBs to learn from as well, let Minshew learn from this guy and we have the best back up in the league.
