Draft interior OL help and let the outside guys (Robinson and Taylor) continue to develop. Norwell and Cann should be replaced and apparently Richardson isn't good enough to be more than a rotation player at RG.

That's the one I don't get, what is Richardson not doing that keeps Can't in the game?
