I am not saying QB isn't important and I will trust the judgement of the FO, but I just don't see any of these QBs as legit top 5 and probably not even top 10 talents.

 

Bridgewater is starting to remind me of Chad Pennington when he came out. Manziel too much of a wild card although I think he is the most talented of the group from a potential standpoint, but I don't know if he will ever reach that potential as a starter. And I have never been a fan of Bortles in the first round.

 

 

I guess the problem for me (at least IMHO), is that we don't have the talent to surround these QBs with to make them successful 1st rounders. I think people forget how talented the teams Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, Russell Wilson, Colin Kaepernick, Tom Brady, Ben Rothlisberger, etc were on when they got drafted and how many years it took for them to become the passers they are known as today. Honestly Russell Wilson really didn't put on a passing display the 2nd half of the season. He got drafted exactly where he should have gotten drafted.
