Right now, we just look straight up flat. I can't even remember the last time I saw something we did on the field and thinking "that was a nice move by Marrone". An example of this is how NO didn't even truly rush Minshew, they played QB contain most of the game to prevent him from making those crazy improv plays... And it worked.

I cannot remember anything like this for this team for a very long time where I saw something the coaches identified on film about our opponents and executed it on field.

I'm tired of the "we're going to do what we do and do it well" attitude regardless of who the opponent is. That worked for one year, in 2017 and then everybody figured it out. Our coaching staff seems to just refuse to try anything different. It's plain vanilla same thing over and over again and it's time to move on.

All that said, back to my original statement - keep Caldwell. I don't understand the hate on him. He's done his job well. The team has tons of talent, it's just not being used well.

I'd get rid of Caldwell before I'd get rid of Coughlin but I think it's time they all go. Caldwell has made some bad choices starting with dumping Daryl Smith and drafting Joeckel. Personally, I have a lot of respect for TC as a coach but it's a different skill set to be at the helm of football operations. Time to get out the brooms and make a fresh start.
