Sounds about right. These would be realistic targets for what you're looking for. I only went through rounds 1 - 3 for the time being. I would rather see them try and trade down though because of all of the holes you just listed above personally with that 11th or 20th pick at this time. I provided three names at different positions that should be there. Of course a lot can change between this post, the rest of this season and the combine. 

11th: Tristan Wirfs - OT / Alex Weatherwood OT - OG / Derrick Brown - DL3Tech - Brown would be a steal here if he fell out of the top ten IMHO. 

20th: Javon Kinlaw - DL3Tech / Solomon Kindley - OG / Malik Harrison - ILB - These last two guys in bold could be potential reaches here but they fall in that weird range where if you don't take them there you probably run the risk of seeing them gone by the time your 43rd pick rolls around. Again, this is why I am hoping and praying they find a partner to trade down with while picking up a future 1 or 2 in 2021's draft. 

43rd: Kenneth Murray - ILB / Shane Lemieux - OG / Raekown Davis - DL3Tech - This entire group in bold will more than likely rise significantly to late day one players or fall slightly after the combine as they've recently put on some good film for scouts.

75th: Jacob Phillips - ILB / Rashard Lawrence - DL1Tech - DL3Tech / Hakeem Adeniji - OG - Lawrence could probably sneak into the 2nd round if LSU goes onto finish off whomever they face off against in the Championship game.

I agree pretty much. With the first pick, I's definitely target NT Derrick Brown, but as I said before, I believe he will be gone. I like Wirfs alot, but like Brown, I don't see him lasting that long. With teams like the Giants, Washington, Miami and Denver all in desperate need of good LT's, it'll be a longshot for him to fall. I'm not high on Alex Leatherwood. In fact, I would much rather have OT Trey Williams who will fall anywhere from the mid to later part of round 1, possibly even the top of round 2. He's a much better pass protector. IMO, Leatherwood would be a reach before pick 20. I think he projects more as an OG. The way the board is sitting now, unless something weird happens like last year, I believe the BAP will be a WR when we select. Either Jeudy, Lamb or Smith. 

At #20, I like Kinlaw and Larrell Murchinson, but neither are true NT's, even though they play well against the run. They will probably be used as 3 techniques and I just don't see the Jags selecting a 3 technique and giving up on Bryan. I also don't see Kindley or Harrison as first round picks. I believe the top ILB's will be Dye and Murray. This will be an interesting selection for us. I could see the team selecting OLB Isaiah Simmons (who is projected in this range) and trying to sell us that they addressed the LB spot when we all know that ILB Myles Jack is a huge problem. If the take Simmons here, but address ILB later in the draft I'm fine, but if they don't, I'll be furious. 

#43 If Murray or Dye falls here, that's a no brainer. We have to take one of them. Personally, I could see Dye going to the Seahawks at the end of round 1 and the LB starved Bengals taking Murray at the top of round 2. I'd love Murray though. I think round 2 is where we address OG. This is where the top guys should start coming off the board. My personal favorite is John Simpson of Clemson. He's a solid pass protector and a very good run blocker. I also like Shane Lemieux or Kindley in this spot. I think some team is gonna reach for Alabama NT Raekwon Davis in round 1. He's a non-factor against the pass and he's hit and miss against the run, but almost all Alabama players get over drafted. I could also see us taking a TE here like Brycen Hopkins of Purdue. He's been steadily rising in most mocks. 

Once we get into the 3rd round, it's a real crapshoot, but I'd love to draft ILB Evan Weaver of California. This kid is a workhorse. He's 6'3" 235lbs. with a motor that won't quit. Right now, he leads the NCAA in tackles with 163 and he has 2.5 sacks and 3 forced fumbles. Tackling is this kid's forte' and right now, our linebackers couldn't tackle my dead grandma.

This draft is definitely gonna be interesting. I need to know who will be making the picks and if Coughlin is gonna have a say before I can even get a sense of the direction this team will go in. This is gonna be a critical offseason though. Something big has to change.
