Really two different kinds of linebackers. Simmons is an 4-3 OLB who really doesn't translate to being moved inside, he's been playing SAM since moving to linebacker from Safety. Weaver, and Quarterman are pure MLB's while Harrison has experience at both positions, but spends most of the time on the outside. We need a thumping ILB, so Jack can be moved back out to WLB, where he belongs.

Agreed. He is very good, but he's an OLB only. I'd really prefer to get a thumping MLB and move Jack to WLB.
