The way the tweet reads makes it sound like there was a disagreement; I would imagine--or at least hope--that both Doug and TC agree 15 penalties is embarrassing. That's why I went towards Foles/Minshew, because I could at least see an argument for both sides (Foles is terrible vs he's being paid $88 mil).

But I'm sure we'll all learn more about this in the coming days.

If you have memory of Coughlin pressers from the 90's and his displeasure with penalties then you'll understand why I might think he's frustrated watching Marrone being unable to coach them out of his offensive linemen week after week after week...

That and him not being able to control his locker room.
Also,all the mistakes and undisciplined play on the field.

I bet Marrone quits before he gets fired.
