Bradley. Being slightly better isn't enough. And you're always what your record says you are. We went 14 - 38 during those four years under him and Bradley and virtually his first three drafts were lackluster or didn't net anybody with long term staying power here.

Then that explains why he's still clinging on here and maybe my hatred for him is unjust. Still doesn't erase his blunders between 2013 - 2015 and it doesn't erase the fact that his highly touted 2016 class is beginning to fall apart with Ramsey already out of the picture, Jack regressing and Ngakoue's contract extension not coming through yet.

Maybe that's all on Coughlin too I guess if he's controlling all of the money. That's the problem though. It's hard to tell anybody's [BLEEP] from their elbow in that building and they don't really paint a picture other than a messy one for us fans to figure out and interpret yearly.

It’s really not all that difficult to interpret. I’ve sad it numerous times on this board but every time I mention it it seems to get glossed over. See below:

Quote: Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan has given Tom Coughlin total control of the team’s football operations.

That includes having final say on the 53-man roster, free agency, the NFL draft, and, apparently, approving the hiring of assistant coaches.

Dave does the leg work and sets the table. He then discusses it with Tom. Tom pulls the trigger either yay or nay.

Fair enough. So, with that being said and put out there. Tommy Boy has only been here since 2017 in that role. That's 3 years of making football decisions Vs. Caldwell's 4 years. They both suck. They both need to go. Caldwell doesn't deserve a pass after his early failings and the Bortles selection alone is normally what gets you fired as a General Manager.

ABOUT US
The Jungle Forums is the Jaguars' biggest fan message board. Talking about the Jags since 2006, the Jungle was the team-endorsed home of all things Jaguars.

Since 2017, the Jungle is now independent of the team but still run by the same crew. We are here to support and discuss all things Jaguars and all things Duval!
