So Coughlin gets credit for the 2017 run but not for the last 2 seasons, resigning Bortles and then signing Foles?

He may have inside information on a conspiracy.  Headlines will read...Dave Caldwell offers contracts to BB and NIck Foles, also drafts rookies without notifying EVOP Coughlin.   Rumor says coughlin is furious with this new leaked information. He blames the Jaguars failures solely on DC.
