I know you love to look at things as very black or white but there is a ton of grey in this world. If they wanted to continue his development, then they should have never started Foles in the first place.

You start the guy who (you think) gives you the best chance of winning while you're still in contention for a playoff spot.  After you've been realistically eliminated from the postseason, you start the guy you want to develop.  We're done for this year, the focus is now on determining if Minshew is the long-term answer.  So yes, Marrone may very well believe that Foles is better today, but Minshew has greater potential.
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.
